Shipping Policy

Ogni capo è curato nel dettaglio. Produciamo in piccoli lotti, così controlliamo la qualità su ogni pezzo e ti arriva un capo impeccabile.

SPEDIZIONI

Spedizione in 2–3 giorni lavorativi. Riceverai un codice di tracciamento via email appena il pacco parte. Spediamo in Italia e in tutta l'Unione Europea.

COSTI DI SPEDIZIONE

1 maglia: 4,99 €. Da 2 maglie in su: spedizione gratuita.

I capi di uno stesso ordine viaggiano insieme in un unico pacco quando possibile.

RESI & DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Hai 14 giorni dalla consegna per cambiare idea e restituire il capo (diritto di recesso UE). Condizioni: capo non indossato, non lavato, con etichetta integra.

  1. Scrivici a info@theappealclub.com entro 14 giorni dalla consegna col numero d'ordine.
  2. Ti inviamo le istruzioni e l'indirizzo di reso.
  3. Le spese di reso sono a carico del cliente.
  4. Rimborso entro 14 giorni dal rientro, sullo stesso metodo di pagamento.

Capo difettoso, errato o danneggiato? Non è colpa tua, non la paghi tu. Scrivici a info@theappealclub.com entro 14 giorni con una foto: ti mandiamo un capo nuovo o ti rimborsiamo, gratis.

Buono a sapersi: controlla bene la taglia prima di ordinare.

 

Refund Policy

Every piece is cared for in detail. We produce in small batches so we can check quality on every piece and you get a flawless garment.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping in 2–5 business days within the United States. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on orders over $85. Below that, shipping is a flat $4.95 calculated at checkout.

Items in the same order ship together in one package whenever possible.

Express shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return a piece. Conditions: unworn, unwashed, with the original tag attached.

  1. Email support@theappealclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
  4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt, back to your original payment method.

Got a defective, incorrect or damaged item? It's not your problem, and you don't pay for it. Email support@theappealclub.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, free of charge.
